i-Source Trainings was founded in 2005 by Tim Randolph . Tim is a certified corporate trainer, international transformational trainer and life coach who has spent the last 8 years studying human behavior and working with people from all walks of life, from successful business owners and executives to at risk youth, teaching powerful proven techniques to reprogram the mind to create extraordinary results in all areas of their lives.       

Tim was born the middle child of four boys in Eaton Rapids MI.  Though of modest means, Tim enjoyed helping others and gravitated towards the service industry as a youth. 

 

After 20 years in restaurant management, Tim began his search for personal transformation.  In the last 8 years, Tim felt a greater calling and began a transformation that has taken him across the world and back teaching people how to tap into their personal power and break free of their past to begin designing the lives of their dreams.

 

Tim also does corporate trainings and is sought globally as an advanced leadership trainer.
